ZORTEX BAITS – SHIPPING POLICY

Zortex Baits ships orders within South Africa using The Courier Guy. Orders are processed within one to two business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Delivery typically takes one to three business days depending on your location. While we aim to meet these delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays or remote delivery areas.

All orders must be delivered to a valid physical address, as The Courier Guy does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Zortex Baits is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damages once the order has been handed over to the courier. However, we will assist in resolving any issues with the courier where possible.
