ZORTEX BAITS – REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
At Zortex Baits, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within seven (7) days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received. Customers are required to provide an order number and a reason for the return, and may be asked to submit photographs in cases where items are damaged or incorrect.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or purchased as part of a sale or clearance, unless the item is defective. Once a returned item has been received and inspected, Zortex Baits will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed within five to ten business days and will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Zortex Baits will only offer exchanges in cases where items are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect product was delivered. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect, in which case Zortex Baits will cover the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact Zortex Baits within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. All return and refund requests should be directed to the company using the contact details provided below. Zortex Baits reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
